After a blood test this morning, I was so dizzy. Just walk into this busy but quiet cafe so I didn’t fall over but recovered with great coffee, and a patient staff who recommended a loyalty membership. Would definitely come more.

Been a regular here. Absolutely love it. One of their staff- Abdul is very kind and takes care of customers really really well. Atmosphere- 10/10- very green around. Super clean inside Service- exceptional Food- Great quality. Their banana bread is to die for!

Amazing food and drinks, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very busy when we visited and Aazim arrange for our group to get two tables together. Would strong y recommend coming here after parkrun.

Incredible pastry’s and amazing staff team. Azim, Christine and Carolina were also super lovely and friendly. 10/10. (Shop is also gorgeous lol)

Visited WatchHouse today after a long walk in Hamsptead Heath. Despite being busy, the staff were very attentive, especially Aazim who was so helpful and it was so lovely to receive such amazing service despite it being a chain cafe. Food was really good and coffee even better. This is the best branch in London

We had a really lovely visit here yesterday. The iced lattes were tasty, though I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have coconut milk as it’s refreshing for hot days. The egg on toast was satisfying, and the sourdough (yummm) was buttered perfectly. Even though it was very busy on a sunny Saturday, the service was kind and full of smiles, and we managed to get a table right by the window. It was perfect for watching the world go by! I had a great time and will definitely be back to try some pastries next time, thank you guys.

I stopped by Watchhouse in Hampstead Heath, and was greeted by a very friendly and warm Bruno! He really elavated my Watchhouse experience, thanks Bruno! I had an Iced Chai Latte (loved the information card) and a slice of carrot cake. Both were great! 👌🏼 I really liked the interior and the atmosphere inside! I would definitely recommend if you happen to pass any Watchhouse. Thanks!

We came for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The portions were just right, and the coffees were delicious —all clearly made with high quality ingredients. It was busy, but this had no impact on the personable and attentive service we experienced, everyone was friendly and quick to assist. Big Thank Yous to Valentina and the young gentleman serving (we didn’t get his name unfortunately), who were both absolutely lovely! We left satisfied and ready for the day ahead :)

Beautifully designed cafe with a lovely outlook on to the Heath. The food (poached eggs on toast) was perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, kind and efficient and fitted me in at the bar seating area despite the cafe being very busy. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Valentina, the manager/owner? was warm and friendly and clearly leading a happy team.

It was my first visiting, and everything was amazing. Every staff was so nice and warm. They have been trying to keep caring about each visitor, and it made me stay longer. I‘d like to thank all the staff for being so kind. Lucy, soyeon, valentina, the server who has a red hair, and the guy staff who made me a flat white. I hope you guys have a great day. Thank you
